We want to make sure you know what to expect when visiting the pavilion in Mineral Wells or buying water from your favorite retailer, as well as how we’re responding to the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, both as a retailer and manufacturer.
We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we strive to support our Crazy community. The health and safety of our customers and Crazy Crew remains our top priority. Our Crazy Crew is the heartbeat of our company. Famous Pavilion – Mineral Wells
We are reopening the Famous on Wednesday, July 8th. We ask customers to please be patient as we move forward with even more precautions for the safety of our customers and staff.
All bottles will be sanitized on the outside before being brought into the pavilion. If our customers want their bottles filled but are short on time, we offer pre-filled bottles for purchase.

Due to the spike in COVID cases in Palo Pinto and Parker counties, we are temporarily closing our store to the public. We will continue to stock the following local retailers: Metro Grocery and The Market 76067 in Mineral Wells and Maverick Travel Center in Santo. We will also continue our delivery service in Palo Pinto and Parker counties. Please call 940-325-8870 to place an order for delivery.

Famous Pavilion – Mineral Wells
Effective Monday, June 29, we will be requiring masks to be worn before entering the Famous Water Company. Only six people will be allowed in the store at one time for social distancing. We are taking this measure out of an abundance of caution due to the recent increased number of COVID cases in Palo Pinto County. This will remain in effect until further notice.
We are still offering curbside pickup for those needing assistance. Please call the store upon arrival 940-325-8870 and we will send someone to your vehicle.
We offer home delivery service in specific areas for gallons and cases. Please call the store for prices and delivery availability.
Hours of operation are:
Monday 10am – pm
Tuesday-Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Saturday 9am – 5pm
The Crazy Bathhouse will be closed during this time.

NEW HOURS- We will be shortening our hours of operation from 10am -4pm Monday-Saturday through April 30th.
CURB SIDE SERVICE only-We are operating under social distancing guidelines in our store and need to limit interaction. We will greet customers at car to get bottles and take water orders. Customers will not be allowed into pavillion until further notice.
To ensure the health and safety of our Crazy Crew and customers during this critical time, we are suspending returns and all sales are final. No returns will be accepted.
