How Crazy Water and Famous Mineral Water are Responding to COVID-19

We know that many of our customers rely on Crazy Water to support their overall health and wellness goals. We have high standards for the products we sell and for the stores we sell them in, and we are committed to maintaining those standards during these challenging times.

We want to make sure you know what to expect when visiting the pavilion in Mineral Wells or buying water from your favorite retailer, as well as how we’re responding to the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, both as a retailer and manufacturer.

We appreciate your patience, understanding and support as we strive to support our Crazy community. The health and safety of our customers and Crazy Crew remains our top priority. Our Crazy Crew is the heartbeat of our company. We are deeply appreciative of their continued dedication and hard work as we collectively navigate uncharted territory in order to continue to support the increased demand for Crazy Water from our customers and grocery stores and work to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Famous Pavilion- Mineral Wells

Based upon new local, state and CDC mandates and suggestions:

NEW HOURS- We will be shortening our hours of operation from 10am -4pm Monday-Saturday through April 30th.

CURB SIDE SERVICE only-We are operating under social distancing guidelines in our store and need to limit interaction. We will greet customers at car to get bottles and take water orders.  Customers will not be allowed into pavillion until further notice.

To ensure the health and safety of our Crazy Crew and customers during this critical time, we are suspending returns and all sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

Famous Pavilion Cancels Tours

Due to COVID-19, daily tours and water sampling have been suspended.  We remain open to serve water customers relaying on Crazy Water to support their overall health and wellness goals.

Based upon new local, state and CDC mandates and suggestions:

In addition to enhanced cleaning and sanitizing processes in our store and steps implemented on March 16, we are also closely following the recommended strategies for employers and retailers based on guidance from the CDC.

  1. No more than 8 customers allowed at a time in store.
  2. For our customers over 60, call us for curbside service or to have water delivered to your house: 940-325-8870. We are increasing services in this time to help these customers, who national health authorities have identified as among the most vulnerable to COVID-19, helping to ensure they are able to get the water they need to stay healthy and hydrated.

Famous Pavilion- Mineral Wells:

To ensure the safety of our Crazy Crew, customers and products we have enhanced our normal procedures.

In addition to enhanced cleaning and sanitizing processes in our store, we are also closely following the recommended strategies for employers and retailers based on guidance from the CDC.

  1. We have removed displays in the store to allow for maximum distance between customers.
  2. We are sanitizing high touch surfaces multiple times a day.
  3. Employees are sanitizing hands after refilling each customer.

Crazy Water Bottling Plant-

  1. We have implemented enhanced cleanliness and sanitation protocols in facility, on top of our standard stringent protocols
  2. We have increased sanitation and cleanliness protocols in meeting rooms, gathering spaces, and office workstations across all stores, offices, and facilities to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  3. Placed limits of 10 people per space.
  4. We have asked our Crazy Crews to limit their exposure and to follow all CDC recommendations.
  5. We are in constant communication with supply chain partners. At this time, there are no shortages on materials on order to meet demand.

We are evaluating the situation in real-time and monitoring updates in guidance from the CDC and local health departments.

Crazy Water Deliveries

To prohibit the community spread of COVID-19 and to protect our customers and drivers, we have enhanced our normal sanitizing procedures.

  1. Drivers will use hand sanitizer before each delivery to home or office and again on exiting.
  2. Drivers will sanitize high touch surfaces (door handles and inside of delivery vehicles) at the beginning of each day, after lunch and at the end of the day.
  3. If you are at high risk from COVID-19, please arrange for bottles to be left outside of door.
